Thank you for shopping with SEEKER. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, and responsibilities related to your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Our team strives to process all ready-stock orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends or public holidays.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–7 working days to craft before dispatch.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service efficiency.

Please note:

  • Remote or restricted delivery areas may require additional delivery time.

  • During high-demand seasons or festive periods, minor delays may occur.


3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is provided on all orders with a minimum purchase of $150.

  • A nominal shipping fee applies for select countries including but not limited to:
    Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, United Arab Emirates, and other high-cost shipping zones.

Please contact us if you're unsure whether your country qualifies for free shipping.


4. Tracking Your Order

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp once your parcel is shipped.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 days after dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately.


5. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

SEEKER is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order.

  • If your parcel shows as “delivered” in the tracking system but you haven’t received it, please follow up directly with the courier service using the tracking details provided.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels lost due to courier errors or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government.

These charges are:

  • Not included in our product or shipping prices

  • Solely the responsibility of the customer

We do not cover or reimburse any local import costs, customs delays, or taxes incurred.


7. Self-Delivery & COD (Cash on Delivery)

For customers in Singapore or selected regions, self-delivery or COD arrangements are available by request.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and address information.

  • Delivery timings will be coordinated via WhatsApp or Telegram or Email.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier or confirmed delivered by our internal team (for self-delivery/COD), it is considered complete.
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt and contact us within 3 days for any issues.
