At SEEKER, we take pride in offering carefully crafted and quality-inspected products. Each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, including custom-made, handcrafted, or hygiene-sensitive items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed and processed.

Please consider this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. For custom or made-to-order items, cancellations are strictly not allowed once crafting has begun.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

 

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

SEEKER is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service. Tracking numbers will be provided for every order.
