Welcome to SEEKER. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by the Terms below.

This website is operated by SEEKER. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SEEKER. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To use our site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Provide accurate personal and shipping information.

  • Not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Availability & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product details, including colors, sizing, materials, and photos. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural differences in materials (especially handmade or leather goods).

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any item at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [Insert Currency, e.g. SGD or MYR]. Prices may change without prior notice.
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal)

  • Bank transfer, DuitNow (Malaysia), or PayNow (Singapore)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected regions (subject to confirmation)

Payment must be made in full before the order is processed, unless COD is selected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery takes an estimated 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $150, excluding select countries (e.g., Canada, Italy, Switzerland, UAE, and others).

A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

For self-delivery and COD orders (especially in Singapore and selected region in Malaysia), customers must ensure they are reachable via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery time and address.

6. No Return or Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, due to the nature of our products — many of which are handcrafted, customized, or limited in quantity.

In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We reserve the right to approve or deny any replacement or store credit based on our review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, logos, text, branding, and designs — is the intellectual property of SEEKER and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once crafting has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

SEEKER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays in shipment, customs charges, or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, where SEEKER is registered. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with local business and consumer protection regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
